  • media alert: I sent this alert to campus and local papers to alert the media of the upcoming show ACRN was presenting. This alert, as many have, resulted in an article in the campus paper which can be seen here in electronic form.
  • liners: I wrote these radio liners to be read by on-air DJs during ACRN week.
  • press release: This press release was written for Ohio Hill Country Heritage Area (OHCHA) as an assignment in a public relations class. This release highlights an award given by the organization.
  • backgrounder: This was written for OHCHA as an assignment in a public relations class. This would be included with any releases or media kits OHCHA sends that relates to Heritage Tourism as a guide for reporters and writers.
  • public relations plan: This plan was written for a public relations class as a hypothetical campaign for PopTech! 2009 Fellow Project H Design. The presentation of the plan that would be presented when pitched can be seen here. This plan focuses on the implementation of a local project with hopes to use the same plan in many cities around the country. The tactics are mainly event and communication oriented.
  • social media press release: This release was created for a public relations class in conjunction with a crisis communication plan. The benefit of a social media press release is that it provides the facts and contacts to reporters in a clear and concise manner, while engaging in the most recent technology.
